A manufacturing building developed throughout the years in multiple phases, was rehabilitated as a distribution center for Swank, the world’s largest men’s and women’s jewelry manufacturer and distributor.

Project Goal: To create a due-diligence survey of physical and environmental conditions of an existing, complex built and expanded since 1901 with varying structural and mechanical systems and floor levels. The study was used for space planning to determine the functional and economical feasibility of the rehabilitation and change of use.
