Initially, we did all the work under the permit that was issued to our project manager. When we got to the final inspection, it turned out that the permit was issued improperly and the city of Newton issued the cease of operation order and forced us to reapply for the permit with the licensed architect.Davood came to a rescue the next day and took our problem to a heart. It took him less than a week to prepare the new set of documents, apply for the new permit, facilitate the final inspection and get the CO issued. His level of empathy is really astonishing. He went above and beyond to remain client-oriented and address the issue as quickly as possible. He took our problem as his own and relentlessly worked on the case till it was resolved. He dedicated the weekend so we can securely reopen very shortly and not lose more days of store operations.
